On Monday, March 23, the U.S. Embassy hosted a group of 20 students from the Royal University for Women and West Virginia University. The WVU students visit Bahrain each year as part of the strategic partnership between the Royal University for Women and West Virginia University. Public Affairs Officer Brad Niemann met with the group and discussed ways the Embassy works to promote ties between American students and Bahraini students through exchanges in culture and education. The WVU group spent a week visiting Bahrain, attending lectures and presentations and participating in a debate with students from both RUW and Cambridge University.
