Visa Appointment Wait Time

Residents and Citizens of Bahrain:

Out of District Nonresidents: 

Appointments for nonresidents of Bahrain are available in all nonimmigrant visa categories.  However, nonresident applicants can expect longer wait times in all visa categories.  Current estimated wait times for out of district, nonresident applicants:

Visitor Visa (B1/B2): 16 days
Student/Exchange Visitor Visas (F, M, J): 16 days
All Other Nonimmigrant Visas (H, L, O, P, Q): 30 days

Out of district residents who do not speak English or Arabic are required to bring their own translator.
